Salon Policies
At Salon Iaomo, we are dedicated to providing each guest with the exceptional care, safety, and personal attention they deserve. To help us maintain our schedule and provide a premium experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to our salon policies.
Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments & Late Arrivals
Advance Booking: To ensure we can fully accommodate your needs and preferred timing, we highly recommend booking all appointments in advance.
Punctuality Matters: We operate on a precise schedule. Arriving 15 minutes late or more may result in us being unable to accommodate your service, and your appointment may need to be rescheduled. If you are running behind, please call the salon as soon as possible so we can best assist you.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Your appointments are very important to the Salon Iaomo team, and that time is set aside exclusively for you. If you must cancel or reschedule, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
Late Cancellations: Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee.
No-Shows: All “No Call / No Shows” will be billed 100% of the scheduled service cost. This balance must be settled before you can book any future appointments with us.
Services & Pricing
Custom Pricing: Prices for all salon and hair services vary. Final costs are determined by the specific stylist providing your service (based on their experience, advanced schooling, and certifications), as well as your hair’s length, density, and the volume of product required.
Your Choice of Stylist: We operate as a collaborative team of experienced professionals. We want you to feel entirely comfortable trying different designers or switching stylists whenever you feel the need for a fresh approach or a new perspective.
Salon Amenities & Payments
Attire & Protection: We provide professional robes in our changing area to protect your clothing during your service. Salon Iaomo is not responsible for any damage to personal clothing left uncovered.
Gratuities: Tipping is entirely at the discretion of our clients and is deeply appreciated by our staff. Please note that salon gift certificates do not include gratuities.
Methods of Payment: For your convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Cash.
