Hi, I am Roberta, one of the leaders of this amazing group of talented individuals. I graduated from Pittsburgh Beauty Academy (PBA) with my associate’s degree and was the top student of my class.  I was an apprentice at a local salon for my manager’s license. I worked for a national Hair Replacement business, and it changed my life.  I had an incredible mentor who was selfless in showing me everything he knew and encouraged me to strive high.  After staying for 20 years, I left my position as director of styling, where I traveled the world learning and helping people who were in need of hair enhancements, to open my own salon. The relationships I maintained over those 20 years with my clients propelled me to want to go on my own. In 2008, Salon IAOMO was created. It was a labor of love, combining a conventional salon with an integrated hair replacement studio.  I wanted to give back what was selflessly given to me, to help stylists grow and create amazing careers.  At the beginning of 2020, I was honored to receive my Master’s Certification in the Hair Replacement Industry by the American Hair Loss Council.  I am honored to be 1 of 30 people in the United States to work hard for this honor. I love what I do, helping clients who are hair-challenged.  I make 8 hairs look like 80.  I help build self-esteem and smiles through their hair.  Nowadays, my love is to only work with hair replacement clients in need.

Hello, My Name is Maureen, and I have been a hair stylist for 36 years.  I started in the hair replacement industry from the very beginning of my career and have never looked back. I work hard to keep up with current techniques and products that are part of the industry.  Continuing my education is something that is top of the list for me.  You can never stop learning new things.  I have been with Salon IAOMO from its start in 2008 and love interactions with my clients (they are an extended part of my family) and, of course, my co-worker family. I wouldn’t want to work anywhere else.  My certifications are updated yearly.  A few of my favorite things about doing hair are hair extensions, hair replacements, seeing the dramatic transformations, and the pure joy on a client’s face when we are done. It’s a very uplifting and challenging industry to be a part of. I am ready to help anytime.

My name is Linda, and I have been a stylist for 40 years. I was also a salon owner for 16 years. I decided to close and join the Salon IAOMO Family.  I have been with Salon IAOMO for 10 years.  The thing I love most about being a Stylist is making my clients feel and look their best when they leave the salon.  I enjoy getting to know my clients personally.  As they are all extensions of the “salon family”.  I enjoy creating different colors and giving the clients a unique look. One thing that has never changed is my passion for the industry.  It is exciting to be part of something that is ever-changing.

Hi, my name is Cathy, and I have 29 years of experience as a hairstylist.  I began working at Salon IAOMO 10 years ago. One of the things I enjoy most about being a hairstylist is being able to make people look and feel good about themselves. Whether it is giving them a great haircut, an amazing hair color transformation, or changing their look altogether. Once you’ve been in the industry for some time, you get to know your clients and understand them on a personal level.  I am able to create the best look for each and every client.  I specialize in razor cutting, Brazilian Blowouts, and unique highlighting techniques such as Balayage, Ombre, and baby light.  I also specialize in traditional color and unique color.

Hi, I’m Mary! I am one of the salon assistants at Salon IAOMO. I enjoy seeing the transformation and gratitude of our clients at the salon. Some of my favorite things to do are read a great book, work in my garden, go swimming, and be a Gram to my three Grandsons. Make sure to let me know what good books you have read recently when you stop in for your appointment.

Hi, I’m Tina, a salon assistant at Salon Iaomo and one of the first friendly faces you’ll see when you walk in. I love watching the amazing transformations as clients come and go, and I’m always here to make your visit welcoming and enjoyable. When I’m not at the salon, you can find me in the kitchen cooking and experimenting with new recipes.

Hello, I’m Piper! I’m here to bring a smile to your face the second you walk in the door! I am the official greeter for Salon IAOMO. I am a Bernadoodle, and I was born on March 6th, 2023. I love toys, pets, and treats, and I can’t wait to see you!
